Pricing

• Assessment session face-to-face/online : £150 (up to 1.5h)

• Physiotherapy session: £80 (1h)

• Video recording analysis: £40 - £60

• Telephone consultation: £20 (15 min) | £40 (30 min) | £60 (45 min)

• Report writing fee: from  £80

• Supporting Letter: from  £60

Physiotherapy Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Charges apply for rescheduled, missed, or canceled appointments with less than 24 hours' notice.

• If you cancel or reschedule an assessment or physiotherapy session with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the standard fee.

• Travel-related issues (e.g., traffic, weather conditions) do not exempt you from this charge. Please plan your journey accordingly.

• Only medical emergencies directly affecting the patient, with prior agreement, may qualify for an exemption.

If you miss a physiotherapy session without notice, you will be charged 100% of the standard fee. All fees must be paid before your next appointment.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly.

Therapy Block Treatment Policy

Charges apply for rescheduled, missed, or canceled blocks of treatment with less than 7 days' notice.

• If you cancel or reschedule a block of treatment with less than 7 days' notice, you will be charged 50% of the standard fee.

• If you miss a block of treatment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the standard fee.

• All fees must be paid before your next appointment.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly.
