Ajesh Neendi Parambath is an HCPC-registered Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist with more than seven years of clinical experience in paediatric neurorehabilitation, developmental disorders, neuromuscular conditions and paediatric orthopaedic rehabilitation. He holds a Master of Physiotherapy in Paediatrics and has worked in multidisciplinary child development centres, community services and specialist paediatric rehabilitation settings in both India and the United Kingdom.
Ajesh is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential through evidence-based, family-centred physiotherapy. He works closely with children, parents and multidisciplinary teams to develop personalised treatment programmes aimed at improving mobility, independence, confidence and participation in everyday activities.

Aleksandra Szlapa is a highly experienced paediatric physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the Medical University of Silesia, Poland, obtained in 2006. Since then, she has worked extensively in paediatrics, specialising in neurodevelopmental, neurological, orthopaedic, and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Her clinical expertise spans all age groups—from early intervention programmes for infants to therapy for preschool and school-aged children.
Aleksandra has completed a wide range of advanced postgraduate training, allowing her to tailor therapy sessions with exceptional skill and clinical insight. Her practice is based on a child-centred, holistic approach, always adapted to the individual needs of each child. She is deeply committed to delivering both the highest standards of therapy and ensuring the emotional comfort and well-being of every child in her care.

Anoosha Kumari is an HCPC-registered physiotherapist with a particular interest in paediatric rehabilitation. Since completing her Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) degree in 2022, she has gained clinical experience supporting children with neurological, developmental, congenital and musculoskeletal conditions in multidisciplinary settings.
Anoosha is committed to delivering evidence-based, family-centred physiotherapy tailored to each child’s individual needs. She is passionate about helping children develop their functional abilities, improve their independence and work towards their personal goals.

Anoosha is currently completing a Master of Research (MRes) in Public Health at the University of Wolverhampton. Alongside her professional development, she serves as a Student Wellbeing Champion at the university and volunteers with Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust through the Enhance the Ward Experience programme, providing compassionate support to patients.

Kacie Carnall
is a graduate physiotherapist with a strong interest in paediatric care. She graduated from University College Birmingham in 2024 and is currently volunteering at Power Paeds, where she continues to develop her clinical skills and knowledge in paediatric physiotherapy.
Alongside her physiotherapy training, Kacie has spent the past nine years coaching children’s gymnastics. This experience has shaped her approach to physiotherapy, helping her build trusting relationships with children, adapt activities to their individual needs, and make movement enjoyable and engaging.
